How do I return my order?
1. 14 days for local orders & 30 days for international orders. You may mail your returns back to our office (address is listed on your order sheet) via any traceable delivery mode at your own cost.
2. Please ensure that your return item is eligible for returns before mailing it back to us. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag & price tag attached and accompanied by your order invoice. For shoes, extra shoe heels must be intact and shoes must be unworn with clean soles. We do not accept returns for earrings & lingerie due to hygiene purpose. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
3. Processing of returns take up to 30 working days from the date of receiving date. You will receive the refund in the form of store credit issued or credit refund, depending on your mode of payment for the order.
4. For defective items, please email us at email@example.com with clear images of the production defects for us to assess your case.
5. For incorrect items, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a free return. Any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.
